S500W WELDED

The S500W reinforced series product is designed and manufactured in strict compliance with the EU EN1004 Class 3 (level 3 load standard), and has obtained professional-level TUV safety certification. Compared to the S400 series, its integration with a vertical ladder on the frame provides benefit of more economical and less components to handle during installation.

This enhanced series of product uses a strong and solid aluminium alloy tube with a diameter of 50mm and a wall thickness of 2.0mm. The main frame adopts robotic argon arc welded technology and is equipped with a tie rod designed using a cold forming manufacturing process.

It is a cheaper, stronger and more durable product suitable for harsh working environments such as construction sites.
